To Vanson on his wedding

This is what we pasted on the wedding card we are giving our eldest cousin on his wedding day. We will be flying to HK for his dinner... We also did a puzzle for the newly wed.

Many things happened this week. Everything crashed together. My aunt (dad's 2nd sis) passed away on Sat, I was in the mist of my Carolyn's wedding, I could not leave, ended up only going over to my cousin's place yesterday.

At the funeral, saw my uncle (dad's elder bro). The whole family have not seen him for almost 3 years.

This morning, my mom, big aunt(dad's eldest sis), Robin and Audrey (my cousin and wife) flew off to HK for my eldest cousin's wedding. I'll be flying over on Wed together with Feng and Yin (my cousins). None of us except my bro and sis (they would not be going to HK)could see my aunt off on Wed morning.

Its so difficult when one has a wedding and a death so close to each other in a family. It so weird, we talked about the wedding last night at the funeral, and I'm sure we are going to talk about the funeral at the wedding... To smile at a funeral and cry at a wedding... weird family.

Busy Week

Busy at work, but just thought to write something here.

In case some of you still do not know, I'm single again. End of story.
Don't ask anymore.

This week is a busy week, I've got 2 good friends' birthdays to go to.
Lynette's tomorrow night... I named it "Guys Watch"... ha... that place so dark, also dun know what to see...

On Friday is Gwennie's birthday. We are going for the Starlight Movies. We did that last year for her birthday too. Wonder which movie that would be......
(Gwennie, I gave up a KTV session for this... but its ok, they postponed it for me till next week... such nice people...)

Tonight I was hoping to go home early to do nails... do mask... watch TV... in the end, *sigh* got appointment at 6pm... waste of time... this is an appointment that would lead to nowhere...

Today, wore a new white top, think I look nice in it, so I'm happy. :)
OK, back to work...

I know you read this, just want to say,

There are things and times that we cannot return to, those are just fond memories that will always bring a smile to my face.

The best thing you can do for me and more importantly for yourself is to go forward. Staying in the same spot is giving up on yourself again.

Fleche = Arrow, like an arrow, just go forward and I'll just stay in your past.

Finally completed my project, nearly missed the deadline... I would like to thank all my friends who helped me that day, Pauline (for checking the details), Claris (for checking out the numbers to call and of coz with SPSS...), Jonathan (for calling everyone up to see if they can help), Galvin (for lending me the book and for returning my call even when you are overseas), Gwen (for all the overnight vetting)...

thanks for the sms, yes I'm was going thru some stuff last few weeks, but I'm ok now, made my decision. Will tell you next time. I can go night cycling! Call me call me!

Break time

Feeling really down, taking a break from writing. . . hopefully, will be back soon.

A change!!

I changed seats in office! I now have my own corner with more work space and my computer screen cannot be seen by anyone! So happy coming to work everyday, sit in my little corner with my little pigs... moved all my piggys here liao.

The thing is Yvonne moved quite far away, I'm sitting at her place now, she and Lynette moved out, managers ma... then Yvonne so far away, I'm not used to it... last time can just whisper to her, now have to use the phone... feels so weird.

Next time got chance, will upload a photo of my work station here.
